Job summary

Grifols, S.A. seeks a Medical Science Liaison to operate remotely in the West region, covering CA, NV, UT, OR, WA, ID, MT, TX, NM, AZ and WY. You will build relationships with KOLs, translate data into practice, and support researchers across alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency therapies.

You must hold an advanced scientific degree and have at least two years in clinical, academic, or industry settings. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific background with a PharmD, MD, PhD, or advanced/master's nursing degree.
• Minimum of two years of related experience in clinical practice, academia, or pharma.
• Strong interpersonal, strategic, and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss highly technical information with leading academic experts.
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple projects and a demanding travel schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders through scientific exchange.
• Engage in one-on-one scientific discussions to extract clinical insights and disseminate new data.
• Maintain current knowledge of literature, guidelines, and standards of care within the territory.
• Provide complex medical and scientific information to academic physicians, centers of excellence, and key accounts.
• Represent Medical Affairs, communicate priorities, and support cross-functional activities and investigator-initiated research.
