Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a U.S. Endoluminal Territory Associate to support the adoption of the Ion platform in new customer sites. You will help early users, support training, and develop programs with a focus on clinical, economic and strategic value.

You will work with sales and hospital teams, become a pulmonary oncology expert, and travel up to 60% to engage with physicians and staff to drive ongoing usage and data capture for benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of sales, leadership, or clinical experience.
• Ability to manage complexity in a changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Knowledge of Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through their learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services and training labs, attend first case series and develop teams and programs.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with Endoluminal Sales Representatives and hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization.
• Capture procedural data to create QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams for alignment with stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks, SFDC, expense reports, etc.
