Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate in Hartford, CT to support early adoption and clinician onboarding for the Ion platform in lung biopsy programs. You will help train new users, develop KOL networks, and work with sales and clinical teams to expand site adoption.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in pulmonary oncology space
• Experience supporting training and onboarding for new users
• Familiarity with data capture and SFDC would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through learning curves
• Support training activities including in-services, training labs, first case series, and development of teams and programs
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space
• Collaborate with Endoluminal Sales Representatives to integrate Ion at new customer sites and ensure ongoing utilization of the system
• Facilitate data capture to create benchmarking metrics
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams to align with stakeholders
• Manage administrative tasks and expense reporting
