Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day publishing operations and project workflow.
• Coordinate workflows across editorial, design, production, project management, and marketing.
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff and conduct regular check-ins.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Manage author relationships and client communications as a senior point of contact.
• Monitor workloads and allocate staff/resources; support performance reviews.
