Qualifications

• Proficient with Salesforce, MS Office, and data analysis.
• Remote-first environment with collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract lifecycle for institutional subscriptions and licensing terms.
• Lead negotiations, renewals, and third-party agreements with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate contract data in CRM and monitor licensing workflow.
• Draft and review complex license agreements and clauses.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams; track expirations and alerts.
• Utilize AI-assisted review tools to speed up contract reviews.
