It seeks a Sales Contract Manager (Publishing) to oversee the contract lifecycle for institutional sales, ensure licensing compliance per APS policy, and coordinate with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance and Legal using CRM and AI tools to move deals from proposal to signature.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or related roles.
• Experience with publishing contracts, licensing, and negotiations preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of CRM tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract lifecycle for institutional subscriptions and special deals.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Finance, and Legal teams on licensing terms and renewals.
• Maintain accurate contract data in CRM and monitor licensing workflows.
