Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of client engagements.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Analyze program operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Leads proposal writing teams, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration specifications.
• Manage project tasks, deliverables, timelines, and action items.
• Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and contractual requirements.
• Analyze operational and program data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare client-facing reports and executive-level summaries.
• Reviews and be the expert in the business operations for service and efficiency improvements.
• Manages small projects, staff and tasks with limited supervision while meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
• Participates in sales motions related to the practice.
