Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a senior program/project delivery professional to manage complex client engagements across health, education and human services sectors. The role emphasizes regulatory analysis, program improvement and effective client communication.

The candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop project plans, and ensure alignment with state/federal requirements while driving growth through market analysis and proposal support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 10 years’ experience required
• 5-10 years’ relevant work experience
• Active Project Management Professional certification preferred
• Experience with state government consulting is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager with understanding of client needs and industry standards
• Manage complex projects and client interactions with minimal supervision
• Develop and execute communication plans with clients and teams
• Identify requirements from key stakeholders and facilitate discussions
• Plan, monitor and delegate ongoing project tasks
• Assess best practices and compliance issues for clients
• Support market analysis and pursuit planning in business development
