Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) seeks a Consultant to combine business consulting, project management, and systems implementation to modernize program administration and achieve successful outcomes.

You will liaise between clients, operations teams, business analysts, and technical resources to design, implement, and optimize technology solutions for enrollment, processing, case management, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ experience required.
• Master’s degree (MPA or government focused MBA) preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Supervisory Responsibility Business Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of client engagements.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions
• Analyze program operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Leads proposal writing teams, presentations, and solution demonstrations
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration specifications
• Manage project tasks, deliverables, timelines, and action items
• Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and contractual requirements
• Analyze operational and program data to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare client-facing reports and executive-level summaries
• Reviews and be the expert in the business operations for service and efficiency improvements.
• Manages small projects, staff and tasks with limited supervision while meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
• Participates in sales motions related to the practice.
