The position emphasizes analytical work, coordination of proposals, and collaboration with PMO and business development teams. The candidate will handle writing/editing, resumes, and qualifications, while contributing to project deliverables and stakeholder communications in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience required.
• Must be located in WA, OR, WY, ID, NV, AZ, CO, MT, UT, NM; Arizona included.

Responsabilités

• Provides analytical services and supports development of project work products.
• Analyzes client requests for proposals and provides development support of proposal responses.
• Serves as a proposal coordinator, driving the proposal process from kickoff through submission.
• Supports proposal writing and production, including editing content and coordinating resumes.
• Ensures quality work products are delivered to clients; exercises discretion and independent judgment.
• Manages client relationships and supports PMO principles and practices.
• Balances internal responsibilities with client-facing consulting assignments and research tasks.
• Provides IT duties including business and technical leadership and system analysis.
