The role requires quick learning of web-based tech, data-driven analysis, and guidance to clients through implementation and training. The position emphasizes collaboration with consulting, technology, and operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 1–3 years in consulting/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project requirements and client expectations; respond to inquiries; analyze data and processes; communicate issues to project leaders and software teams.
Conduct business analysis for multiple platforms.
Prepare and present status reports for clients.
Complete analysis on large data sets.
Develop understanding of federal/state policy and funding requirements.
Assist with major project phases or tasks.
Participate in proposal writing and submissions.
Prepare client reports and other deliverables.
Collect and enter project data.
Assist budgets and client invoices.
Support customer service functions via phone and email.
Learn and operate PCG software products.
Apply detail-oriented problem solving to business and technical issues.
Strong analytical skills for IT systems and policy analysis.
