The role sits within PCG's Technology Consulting team and emphasizes ERP platforms, data analytics, and client-facing project management. The position is hybrid and may require travel to client sites across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Master’s degree (MPA or government focused MBA) preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must be located in FL, GA, SC, or NC.
• ERP platforms experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review business operations for service and efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate programs and recommend improvements.
• Provide technical assistance to clients.
• Manage small projects and staff with limited supervision.
• Facilitate client discussions and delegate tasks.
• Manage daily project functions and client interactions.
• Lead proposal writing teams and prepare submissions.
• Prepare client reports and materials.
