Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of relevant consulting/IT experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI or AWS QuickSight preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong written and spoken communication; client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Conducts business analysis for various platforms.
• Prepares and presents status reports to clients.
• Completes analysis on large data sets.
• Develops competency in federal and state policy, specifically federal funding requirements.
• Assists with the implementation of major project phases or tasks.
• Participates on proposal writing teams, including writing and coordinating submissions.
• Assists with preparation of other written reports, major deliverables, and other materials for clients.
• Collects and enters project related data.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of project budgets and prepare client invoices.
• Supports customer service functions for clients, including phone lines and email inboxes.
• Learns use and operation of proprietary PCG software products.
