Ladders is seeking a Solutions Architect - SLED (East) to partner with public sector sales teams and shape technical strategies for state and local education customers. The role leads evaluations, supports procurement, and translates capabilities into outcomes that matter to mission-driven agencies. Location: Remote.

Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 annually. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in technical pre-sales in SLED, with cloud, security (GovRAMP/NIST), and experience guiding complex

Qualificações

• 5-7 years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or IT roles within SLED.
• Understanding of SLED procurement processes, including RFPs and cooperative agreements.
• Hands-on experience with the platform and modern software development practices.
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid deployments in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like GovRAMP and NIST.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to mission outcomes.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Engage state, local, and education customers with tailored demos and workshops
• Collaborate with account executives to align strategies with customer budgets
• Own the technical evaluation process, including POCs and RFP responses
• Support purchases through cooperative agreements and statewide contracts
• Guide customers on security compliance and the company's capabilities
• Assist in modernizing legacy applications using the platform and AI
• Advise on responsible AI adoption in line with state policies
• Create Customer Success Plans for smooth deployment and adoption
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to advocate for the platform
• Collaborate with systems integrators to scale adoption
• Serve as the SLED customer advocate within the organization
