Job summary

SoSafe is seeking a Partner Manager to drive growth in the DACH public sector, building and nurturing partnerships with resellers, SIs and consultancies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role is based in Cologne with remote work options and a full-time contract.

You will identify new partners, navigate public procurement processes, and manage existing relationships, requiring 3+ years in partner management, fluency in German and English, and a strong track record in the public sector.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of partner management or business development experience in the public sector.
• Experience with DACH public procurement dynamics (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills across multi-stakeholder cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new partnerships with resellers, SIs, and consultancies with access to public sector accounts across DACH.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and maintain ongoing communication to ensure successful partnerships.
• Navigate public procurement processes (tenders, framework agreements, RFPs) to maximize joint pipeline.
• Monitor partnership performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements compliant with procurement requirements.
• Manage existing partnerships and drive growth and value for all parties.
• Stay updated on public sector trends, regulatory developments (e.g., NIS2) and market conditions.
