Hack The Box is seeking a Public Sector Field Marketing Senior Specialist to lead the field marketing strategy across federal, state, local, and education markets. You will partner with Public Sector Sales to build integrated programs that create demand, engage priority accounts, accelerate opportunities, and strengthen HTB’s presence in government markets.

• Five+ years in B2B marketing and field marketing/demand generation.
• Experience marketing to Public Sector audiences across government and education.
• Strong background in integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Public Sector field marketing strategy across federal, state, local, and education markets.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns (digital, ABM, events, content) for priority accounts.
• Partner with Public Sector Sales to align plans with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Manage marketing budget and track KPIs to optimize impact.
• Collaborate with partner marketing and sales to build joint programs with channel partners.
