Hrstalentsolutions is seeking a Public Review Response Coordinator for a remote, full-time role. You will monitor review queues, determine follow-up needs, and draft approved acknowledgements in line with brand voice.

You will route private issues through secure channels, check approvals, and keep track of responses with the online tracker. Experience in customer service or office administration is helpful, and training is provided.

• No prior reputation-management role is necessary; training is available.
• Experience in customer service, office administration, social media support, or written correspondence is useful.
• You should be able to write calmly, keep a record, and understand that a public reply is not the place to resolve a private account issue.
