BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led telehealth behavioral health company dedicated to high-quality care and accessible services. This clinician role offers the autonomy to practice from home with flexible days and hours, while coordinating with psychiatrists and counselors to ensure seamless patient care.

You’ll join a growing team that meets regularly virtually and values collaboration across psychiatry and counseling providers.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously in the best interest of the patient, without corporate administrative interference.
• Caseloads build rapidly; coordinate with colleagues across teams.
• Collaborate regularly with prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Clinical work is performed from home with flexible days and hours; meetings are virtual.
• Coordinate between Psychiatric and counselor providers in a team-based format.
