Qualifications

• Must hold a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) and be open to obtaining licensure in additional states as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing therapist required.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender community, preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using computers and technology; Telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy to patients with diverse needs and backgrounds.
• Collaborate actively in a team-based format to coordinate with prescribers and counselors.
• Engage in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly.
• Maintain patient documentation, scheduling, and clinical notes with accuracy.
• Work from home with flexible days/hours; participate in virtual team meetings.
