Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Behavioral Health Care Manager to deliver evidence-based mental health support to oncology patients through virtual consultations and care coordination. This remote role emphasizes collaborative care with oncology providers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams to improve emotional well-being and quality of life during cancer treatment.

Applicants should have an active license in at least one US state and experience with telehealth, CBT, DBT, ACT, or similar

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensed mental health professional in the US (preferred).
• Experience delivering mental health care virtually or via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured mental health assessments of oncology patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modules.
• Deliver CBT/DBT/ACT and other modalities via telehealth.
• Coordinate care with oncologists and psychiatrists in a collaborative model.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and caseload management.
