Job summary

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling or social work from an accredited program.
At least two years of professional level experience in a counselor setting.
Active LPC or LCSW license in Virginia required.

Responsibilities

Counsel clients individually and in family sessions to support behavior change.
Develop and implement treatment plans with SMART goals.
Maintain progress notes and complete required paperwork within defined timelines.
Refer clients to community resources or specialists when needed.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure timely referrals and adequate patient load.
Continue professional development through reading and training.
