Job summary

Colla Health is seeking independently licensed behavioral health professionals to provide care management services for adult oncology patients. This is a fully remote position requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health within healthcare settings, possess an independent license, and demonstrate a passion for improving mental health along with physical health treatments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or oncology setting.
• Evidence-based behavioral health experience.
• Passion for quality behavioral health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health care management services to adult oncology patients.
• Conduct behavioral health screenings and clinical assessments.
• Deliver brief evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
• Educate patients regarding behavioral health conditions and treatment options.
• Monitor patient progress and treatment response.
• Coordinate care with oncology providers and other treating clinicians.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
