Adjuvant Behavior Health Inc. is seeking empathetic, experienced mental health professionals for a fully remote role focused on oncology-related behavioral health. The position starts as a 1099 contractor with potential to convert to a W2 after 90 days and 25 hours per week on average.

The clinician will accept referrals, maintain a client load of at least 18 hours per week, and deliver evidence-based counseling in a supportive, team-based setting.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of professional level experience in a counselor setting.
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor license or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license in West Virginia is required.

Aufgaben

• Counsel clients individually and/or with family sessions to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making changes.
• Provide internal referrals when necessary.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Maintain client-related paperwork and progress notes within set timelines.
• Collaborate with staff to develop treatment plans and referrals as needed.
• Stay updated on developments in counseling through professional reading and training.
