Job summary

Alkermes is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive growth across designated geographies. You will leverage Alkermes products, clinical studies and approved sales aids to educate healthcare providers and manage territory targets.

The role requires 2+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience and a BA/BS, with strong territory management and analytical skills. Base salary ranges from $125k to $155k, plus a $45k incentive bonus and eligibility for long-term incentives, plus competitive

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Alkermes products, disease states and marketplace.
• Use selling skills and approved materials to gain agreement for increased product use with targeted providers.
• Manage territory by identifying and calling on healthcare providers with appropriate frequency.
• Utilize resources and programs to grow the business; discuss territory performance with District Business Leader as needed.
• Develop business plans and complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Exercise fiscal control of operating expenses (car, gas, office supplies, etc.).
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and headquarter personnel while adhering to compliance policies.
