Alkermes seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive sales of Alkermes products in the Gulf Coast region (South Alabama, Northwest Florida and Mississippi). The TBM will use product and disease state knowledge, strong selling skills, and territory plans to educate providers and meet targets.

The role requires 2+ years pharma/biotech sales, BA/BS, and willingness to travel within the territory. Base salary is 125k–155k with a 45k bonus potential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Must live within the geography of responsibility.
• Driver's license in good standing.
• Must be able to demonstrate or secure credentialing as required by healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Alkermes products and disease states in the marketplace.
• Demonstrate strong selling skills using approved materials and studies and communicate effectively with target healthcare providers.
• Develop and manage healthcare provider target lists with the required frequency to ensure proper product usage.
• Utilize available resources to increase business and discuss territory plans with District Business Leader.
• Develop business plans and perform administrative tasks in a timely, accurate manner.
• Exercise fiscal control of operational expenses (car, gas, supplies, etc.).
• Collaborate with other reps, DBL, RMDs, Marketing, Key Accounts and HQ staff.
• Adhere to Alkermes promotional compliance and sample accountability policies.
