Alkermes seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive sales across North & South Dakota. The role requires proven sales success, in-depth product and disease-state knowledge, and strong selling skills to educate healthcare providers using approved materials.

The TBM will work with District Leaders, manage expenses, and develop business plans while maintaining compliance. Travel may be required to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• BA/BS is required
• 2+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience required
• Must live within the geography of responsibility
• Driver's license in good standing
• Must be able to demonstrate credentialing as required by healthcare providers

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate understanding of Alkermes products and disease states
• Use approved sales aids and studies to educate providers and increase product use
• Manage territory by targeting healthcare providers with appropriate frequency
• Utilize resources/programs to grow business and discuss territory with District Business Leader
• Develop business plans and perform administrative tasks accurately and timely
• Exercise fiscal control of operational expenses (car, gas, supplies, etc.)
• Collaborate with colleagues across roles (representatives, DBL, Marketing, etc.)
• Abide by Alkermes policies and promotional compliance rules
