Job summary

Alkermes is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales in North and South Dakota, educating healthcare providers with product and disease-state expertise and using approved resources to expand patient access.

Responsibilities include territory planning, provider targeting, and collaboration with DBL, marketing, and accounts. Base salary ranges from $125k to $155k, plus a $45k incentive bonus and eligibility for long-term incentives; extensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Must live within the geography of responsibility.
• Must be able to secure credentialing as required by providers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Alkermes products, disease states, and marketplace.
• Utilize approved sales aids and studies to educate providers and gain agreement for increased product use.
• Develop territory business plans and maintain target provider lists with up-to-date data.
• Manage expenses and travel as needed; operate within budgetary guidelines.
• Collaborate with District Business Leader, marketing, and key accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
