Job summary

Alkermes is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales of Alkermes products across the North & South Dakota territories. The role requires strong selling skills, healthcare provider education, and robust territory planning.

Base salary ranges from $125k to $155k with a $45k incentive bonus and long‑term incentives. Excellent promotional compliance and collaboration with cross‑functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience required.
• Must live within the geography of responsibility.
• Driver's license in good standing.
• Credentialing may be required by healthcare providers for facility access.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Alkermes products and disease states in the territory.
• Utilize approved sales aids and studies to educate providers and drive product use.
• Develop and maintain healthcare provider target lists and call on targets regularly.
• Leverage programs and samples to grow business and discuss territory plans with DBL as needed.
• Prepare business plans and manage administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Exercise fiscal control of expenses related to travel and operations.
• Collaborate with representatives, DBL, RMDs, Marketing, Key Accounts, and HQ staff.
• Abide by Alkermes promotional compliance and sample accountability policies.
