Job summary

Alkermes is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive product sales in the Detroit East territory and support promotional efforts. Ideal candidates are proven sales achievers who live in the territory and have strong product knowledge.

The TBM will educate healthcare providers, use approved resources, develop business plans, manage expenses, and collaborate with District Business Leaders andHQ. Base salary $125k–$155k, plus a $45k annual incentive and benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Must live within the geography of responsibility.
• Driver's license in good standing.
• Must be able to secure credentialing as required by healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Sell Alkermes products in the Detroit East territory and support promotional efforts.
• Educate healthcare providers using approved resources and materials.
• Develop business plans and manage operational expenses.
• Collaborate with DBL, RMDs, Marketing, and HQ on territory strategy.
• Abide by Alkermes policies and compliance standards.
