Job summary

Thriveworks is a nationwide mental health practice offering in-person and telepsychiatry services. We seek a board-certified Psychiatrist to provide direct care with potential leadership and clinical oversight responsibilities.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, manage medications, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Flexible scheduling and remote options are available to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with Psychiatry residency.
• ABPN board certification in Psychiatry.
• Active and unrestricted medical license; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Deep understanding of NP scope of practice in psychiatry and relevant state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for mood, anxiety, psychotic disorders, ADHD, etc.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and social workers.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation within the EMR system.
