Job summary

Lavender is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for tele-psychiatry visits for clients based in New Jersey. Remote, with flexible scheduling and a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week. Compensation model is 1099 and mentorship/training provided.

Openings are both part-time and full-time, with operating hours 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, and a strong emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required.
• ANCC Board Certification.
• Active New Jersey Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License (NP license).
• DEA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy or a combination of both.
• Proactively follow up with clients at minimum on a monthly basis to assess efficacy of interventions and ongoing care until goals are achieved.
• Provide multiple modalities of talk therapy as part of treatment where appropriate.
