Lavender, the largest nurse-owned online psychiatry and therapy office in the United States, seeks part-time and full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatry visits for Delaware clients. Enjoy flexible self-scheduling within 8 a.m.

to 8 p.m., seven days a week, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week and a 1099 compensation model. This remote, mentorship-rich role offers collaboration with experienced NPs, ANCC board certification, and Delaware NP licensure.

Qualifications

• MSN degree and Delaware NP license.
• ANCC Board Certification.
• 2 years of adult mental health experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Own computer and a quiet workspace for tele-psychiatry

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans for medications and therapy.
• Follow up monthly to assess efficacy and adjust care.
• Provide multiple talk therapy modalities as appropriate
