Job summary

Lavender is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatry for clients based in Massachusetts. Part-time, full-time, and contract roles with a 1099 compensation model and flexible scheduling.

We offer mentorship, training, and the autonomy of private practice within a supportive, nurse-founded, remote team. Work hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.

Qualifications

• MSN required and eligible for Massachusetts NP licensure.
• Active MA Psychiatric NP license and ANCC board certification.
• 2+ years of adult mental health experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans.
• Follow up monthly to assess efficacy of interventions.
• Provide medication management and talk therapy as appropriate.
