Job summary

Lavender is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide tele-psychiatry services for Washington-based clients. Roles include part-time, full-time, or contract work with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week. This remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling within Lavender's operating hours of 8 a.m.

to 8 p.m., seven days a week. The position is with Lavender, a nurse-founded and operated company committed to high-quality, client-centered mental health care.

Qualifications

• MSN required and licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Washington, DC.
• ANCC board certification and DC DEA license required.
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health and strong communication/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication and/or talk therapy.
• Proactively follow up monthly to assess efficacy and adjust care as needed.
• Provide tele-psychiatry services to clients in Washington with comfortable use of multiple modalities of care.
