Job summary

Lavender seeks Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in New Mexico. You will work with a nurse-founded, remote-friendly team and build your own schedule within 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Qualifications

• MSN required and NM NP license active.
• ANCC Board Certification required.
• At least 2 years in adult mental health.
• Strong assessment, communication and documentation skills.
• Own computer and quiet, professional space.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or both.
• Follow up monthly to assess efficacy and ongoing care until goals are reached.
• Provide talk therapy modalities as part of combined treatments.
