Job summary
Lavender, the largest nurse-owned online psychiatry and therapy office in the United States, seeks Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatry visits for clients based in Utah. This role offers both part-time and full-time arrangements with a 1099 compensation model and the autonomy to build your own schedule within our 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
operating hours, seven days a week. Candidates should have MSN, Utah NP license, ANCC certification, 2+ years in adult mental health, and strong
Qualifications
- MSN required and active Utah Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license.
- ANCC Board Certification and DEA Certification.
- 2+ years of experience in adult mental health.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Own computer and a quiet, professional space for tele-psychiatry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or both.
- Proactively follow up monthly to assess efficacy and progress toward goals.
- Provide modalities of talk therapy in addition to medication management.
