Lavender is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide tele-psychiatry visits for Nevada-based clients. This role offers a minimum of 16 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, nurse-owned environment.

Requirements include an MSN, Maryland NP license, ANCC certification, and 2+ years in adult mental health; compensation is 1099 with strong mentorship, remote work, and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• MSN degree required and Maryland NP license
• ANCC board certification or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health and tele-psychiatry preferred

Mansioni

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or both
• Proactively follow up monthly to assess efficacy and adjust care
• Provide talk therapy modalities as part of integrated care
