Lavender is seeking licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for tele-psychiatry services for clients in Nevada. Positions are part-time or full-time with a 1099 compensation model and autonomy to create your own schedule within 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

A minimum commitment of 16 hours weekly is required. Ideal candidates have MSN, Maryland NP licensure, ANCC certification, and 2+ years in adult mental health, with strong assessment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• MSN required for Psychiatric NP
• Active Maryland Psychiatric NP license
• ANCC board certification required
• DEA certification required
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate on medication and therapy options
• Monthly follow-ups to assess efficacy and adjust plan as needed
