Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Delivery Operations professional to oversee Rocketlane PSA administration, project setup, and workflow hygiene. You will drive closed/won-to-project handoffs and system adoption across delivery teams, and coordinate staffing cadence, capacity planning, and partner-subcontracted delivery intake.

You will also build recurring dashboards for delivery health, forecast accuracy, and partner performance, and standardize cross-functional workflows to enable a repeatable delivery

Job description

• Own Rocketlane PSA administration, project setup, and workflow hygiene.
• Drive closed/won-to-project handoffs and system adoption across delivery teams.

Resource and Partner Management:

• Run staffing cadence, capacity planning, and utilization visibility.
• Coordinate partner-subcontracted delivery intake, onboarding, and execution tracking.

Reporting and Scalability:

• Build recurring dashboards for delivery health, forecast accuracy, and partner performance.
• Standardize workflows with cross-functional teams to enable a repeatable delivery model.
