Job summary

The role partners with Credentialing, Claims, IT, and Provider Data to ensure operational excellence and a high-quality provider experience. The position emphasizes strategy execution, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement across onboarding, portal usage, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in provider relations or related provider-facing functions.
• 3+ years of supervisory/people leadership experience.
• Proficiency with provider portals, CRM/case management tools, and advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Provider Relations strategy and annual operating plan with KPIs and staffing plans.
• Oversee account management for healthcare delivery organizations and providers; escalate issues when needed.
• Direct end-to-end onboarding, provider education, webinars, portal training and credentialing coordination.
• Manage provider operations, queues, aging, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure SLA adherence.
• Develop dashboards and routine reporting on key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
