Job summary

World Trade Center Health Program seeks a Provider Network Supervisor to lead the strategy, operations, and outcomes of the Provider Relations function. You will oversee a team of Provider Network Representatives, driving onboarding, education, and issue resolution to ensure a high-quality provider experience.

You will partner with Credentialing, Provider Data, Contracting, Claims, IT, and Clinical Operations to sustain audit-ready documentation and continuous improvement across provider

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in provider relations or related provider-facing functions.
• 3+ years of supervisory/people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in provider engagement, onboarding, education, and issue resolution; strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with provider portals, CRM/case management tools, and collaboration platforms; advanced Excel/Sheets capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Provider Relations strategy and annual operating plan; translate goals into targets, roadmaps, KPIs, and staffing plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop Provider Network Representatives; set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching.
• Oversee onboarding, education, webinars, portal training, EFT setup, credentialing coordination, and directory validation.
