Zusammenfassung

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Provider Field Representative to support healthcare providers across Southern California as part of California’s Medi-Cal program.

You will be the primary contact for providers in an assigned Southern California territory, conducting virtual and onsite visits, delivering training, researching claims, and helping providers understand Medi-Cal policies and program requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in provider relations or related healthcare roles.
• Experience with providers, offices, and healthcare organizations.
• Experience delivering training via in-person and virtual formats.
• Experience researching and resolving claims, billing, or enrollment issues.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with providers across Southern California.
• Conduct virtual and onsite visits to provide education and support for Medi-Cal requirements.
• Develop and deliver provider training through workshops, seminars, webinars, and sessions.
• Provide one-on-one billing support and research provider-related issues.
• Serve as a liaison between providers, provider associations, internal Gainwell teams, and client representatives.
• Apply Medi-Cal policies to research and resolve provider questions and operational issues.
• Identify provider trends and opportunities for education or process improvement.
• Exercise independent judgment within guidelines, escalating complex issues as needed.
