Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Provider Field Representative to support healthcare providers across Central California for Medi-Cal. This remote, field-based role requires travel within the territory and strong training and education capabilities.

You will conduct virtual and onsite visits, deliver provider training, assist with billing research, and help providers navigate Medi-Cal policies.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in provider relations or related healthcare role.
• Experience training and educating providers.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Central California territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in Central California.
• Conduct virtual and onsite provider visits, provide education and training.
• Deliver provider training via workshops, seminars, webinars, and sessions.
• Research billing issues and Medi-Cal requirements.
• Serve as liaison between providers, Gainwell teams, and clients.
• Apply Medi-Cal policies to resolve questions and operational issues.
• Identify provider trends and communicate findings to leadership.
• Exercise independent judgment within established guidelines.
