Gainwell Technologies seeks an experienced Provider Field Representative to support healthcare providers across Central California as part of Medi-Cal. You will be the primary contact for providers, conduct virtual and onsite visits, deliver training, and help providers understand Medi-Cal policies and program requirements.

You will travel within the territory, build relationships, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams and client representatives.

Qualificações

• Three+ years in provider relations or a related healthcare role.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or webinars.
• Experience researching healthcare claims and billing issues.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Central California.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with providers in Central California.
• Conduct virtual and onsite provider visits for education and support.
• Deliver provider training via workshops, seminars, webinars.
• Provide billing support and research provider-related issues.
• Act as liaison between providers, associations, and Gainwell teams.
• Apply Medi-Cal policies to resolve provider questions.
