Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Provider Field Representative to support healthcare providers across Central California as part of Medi‑Cal. You will be the primary contact for providers in your territory, conducting visits, delivering education, researching claims, and helping providers navigate Medi‑Cal policies.

Applicants must reside in Central California and be willing to travel; the role is remote and field-based, with regular travel throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in provider relations, outreach, education, healthcare operations, Medicaid/Medi‑Cal, or related function.
• Experience with healthcare providers, offices, or organizations.
• Experience delivering training via virtual and in-person formats.
• Experience researching and resolving claims, billing, or provider enrollment issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in Central California.
• Conduct virtual and onsite provider visits to educate on Medi‑Cal requirements.
• Deliver provider training through workshops, seminars, webinars, and sessions.
• Provide one‑on‑one billing support and research provider claims and issues.
• Coordinate with provider associations, internal teams, and clients to resolve issues.
