Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a data-focused provider performance analyst to analyze demographic, financial, quality, and project data. The role supports the performance team in monthly meetings, delivering actionable insights and driving engagement.

Strong data skills and healthcare process knowledge are essential, with a mix of independent and collaborative work. Responsibilities include audits across systems, onboarding providers, and preparing performance decks using AI-assisted prompts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably Medicare Advantage or similar environments.
• 5 years of direct provider interaction experience.
• Proficiency in Google or MS Suite Workspace applications.
• Experience in claims research, provider setup, root cause analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth audits across provider performance systems and data sources to identify gaps and insights.
• Support Field Performance initiatives by engaging with providers to resolve issues and document outcomes.
• Manage full contract lifecycle with focus on onboarding high-performing providers and engagement.
• Collaborate with Performance Managers to prepare for monthly performance meetings using data and AI-assisted prompts.
