Job summary

BoldAge PACE is seeking a Provider Network Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to the Provider Network Director. You will help maintain provider data, handle SCAs and contracting support, and ensure accurate documentation across systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of administrative or healthcare support experience, preferably in provider relations, credentialing, or healthcare operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider data management across internal systems.
• Maintain and update provider demographics, operational data, and directories.
• Assist with processing provider applications and credentialing activities.
• Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews; ensure data entry accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison between Provider Network, Credentialing, Claims, and other departments.
• Maintain trackers, logs, and basic reports related to provider data, SCAs, and issues.

Education
