Job summary

iSpeedToLead is seeking a Provider Manager to own the performance of our provider network—the core supply engine of the business. You will manage existing providers, hunt and onboard new ones, and hold every partner accountable to quality and volume.

This role focuses on revenue impact, with daily monitoring of lead quality, volume, conversion, and refunds. You will build a live pipeline, diversify the network, and push underperformers to improve or be replaced.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing vendors or affiliates with revenue responsibility.
• Proven track record managing external partners to quality and delivery standards.
• Experience sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, onboarding external partners end-to-end.
• Data-driven decisions using performance dashboards.
• Strong organizational skills to manage 50+ provider relationships.
• Proficient English (C1+) for US-based communication.
• AI-first approach to sourcing, monitoring, and communication.
• Strong ownership and decision-making in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full provider lifecycle from sourcing to offboarding.
• Monitor daily provider performance across quality, volume, conversion, refunds.
• Identify issues with evidence and drive resolution, not escalate.
• Push for improved output; drop underperformers publicly.
• Build and maintain a live provider pipeline for continuous growth.
• Reduce concentration risk by diversifying the network.
• Negotiate terms, payouts, and SLAs aligned with outcomes.
• Collaborate with client-facing, product, and ops teams.
• Track competitor moves and poaching to anticipate shifts.
