Devoted Health is seeking a Network Performance Manager in New Jersey to drive provider performance across cost, quality, access and overall network performance. You will analyze performance data, lead provider conversations, and influence contracting strategy to turn insights into measurable improvements.

You will lead partnerships with physicians, medical groups and health systems, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and monitor results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managed care or a health plan.
• 5+ years of direct provider-facing experience.
• Proven ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.
• Experience with fee-for-service and value-based models.
• Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
