Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Provider Growth Manager in the United States to drive growth among independent medical practices and referral partners for digital mental health treatments. You will handle inbound/outbound sales, onboarding, and ongoing account management to expand adoption and repeat orders.

Work remotely from anywhere in the United States, collaborating with sales, provider experience, and market access teams to integrate digital therapeutics into provider workflows and expand the channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of B2B sales or account management in healthcare.
• Experience selling to medical practices or provider groups.
• History meeting sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Inbound sales and conversion of smaller medical practices and referrals.
• Lead discovery conversations and product demonstrations for providers.
• Onboard new practices and activate accounts to drive first orders.
• Manage a portfolio of small practices with scalable engagement.
• Capture feedback and maintain Salesforce records for analytics.
